Hatching Egg Care

CARE OF HATCHING EGGS WHEN THEY ARRIVE

WHEN YOUR EGGS ARRIVE
Upon opening the shipping box, please carefully remove each egg from the packaging and place them narrow end down in a carton or turner.  Shipping is a bouncy ride and eggs need to settle to be healthy for incubating.

Allow your hatching eggs to sit for 24 hours in a still, cool (not cold) place before placing them in your incubator or under your broody hen.

Make sure your incubator’s temperature and humidity have been stabilized prior to placing the eggs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please be aware once my eggs leave my care, I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for the number of eggs that hatch successfully. I cannot control your incubation methods or equipment.

If eggs arrive broken, please let me know.  I will send replacement eggs or refund the money for the damaged eggs. Identifiable photos will be required.
